Monday:

Lunch – chicken and salad;

Dinner – 2 eggs, salad and 1 orange.

Tuesday:

Breakfast – the same;

Lunch – steamed vegetables and 2 eggs;

Dinner – fish or barbeque or salad.

Wednesday:

Breakfast – the same;

Lunch – the same as Monday from the second week;

Dinner – the same as Monday from the second week.

Thursday:
